Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with Seatify Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. The 7-day window begins on the date your first payment is processed.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. No further explanation is required.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day refund window has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and you retain access to Seatify Pro until the end of your current billing period. However, no partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
