1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Seatify Pro Poker ("the Software"), a desktop poker multi-tabling assistant for Windows developed and published by Seatify Pro Poker ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

3. Description of Service

Seatify Pro Poker is a desktop application for Windows that assists online poker players with multi-tabling. The Software provides features including automatic table tiling, bet-box overlays, hotkey management, HUD data display, and layout management. The Software does not interact with poker game logic, does not provide unfair advantages, and does not automate gameplay decisions.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software.

The Software is currently available free of charge during the early access period, which ends on June 15, 2026. After this date, continued use of the Software will require a paid subscription:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

7. Free Trial Period

The Software is free to use until June 15, 2026. This free period serves as an extended trial allowing you to evaluate all features of the Software without commitment. No payment information is required during the free trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or discontinue use of the Software.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the Software at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or through the Software. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
