Which poker sites are supported?

Seatify Pro currently supports:

  • Winamax
  • PMU Poker

What operating systems are supported?

Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) only.

There is no macOS or Linux version at this time. Seatify Pro relies on Windows-specific APIs for table detection and overlay rendering.

Is Seatify Pro free?

Yes — 100% free until June 15, 2026. No credit card required, no feature restrictions.

After June 15, 2026, a paid subscription will be required to continue using Seatify Pro. Pricing will be announced before the free period ends. All users who registered during the free period will receive an email at least 14 days before the transition.

What is the refund policy?

Once paid subscriptions are active (after June 15, 2026):

  • You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • After the 7-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period, but no partial refund is issued.

How is my data handled?

Seatify Pro collects the minimum data necessary to operate:

  • Account data — Your email address (for license activation and communication).
  • No poker data leaves your machine — Hand histories, player notes, and session stats stay local. Seatify Pro does not upload gameplay data to any server.
  • Diagnostic reports — Only sent with your explicit consent when you click "Send Diagnostic". Reports are encrypted end-to-end and contain only error context (no personal gameplay data).
  • No tracking or analytics — Seatify Pro does not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or telemetry.
